I never get tired of the scenery here in Ahousaht. It is never ending and always changing.

This photo was taken from my front steps, believe it or not, and shows layers and layers of trees, fog and clouds. The cedar trees across the road from me frame this view perfectly. I find my focus is drawn to the trees in the bottom left, but my favourite pieces is the small piece of mountain ridgeline in the top left.

These foggy mornings are typical on the west coast in the summer and early fall. Each day begins differently and the early sun on the fog is one of my favourite things about the coast. It never gets old because every minute and second is a different view.
